FOR FOUNDERS & PRODUCT TEAMS

A clear next step
for your product.

Have an idea to launch, an app that needs attention, or a roadmap that needs an engineer? Start with the problem. We’ll agree on the right scope.

01 / PRODUCTION-READINESS REVIEW

Understand the risks.
Decide what comes next.

For an existing application that needs a technical assessment before launch, further investment, or a rebuild.

  • Review the agreed areas: architecture, authentication, data, integrations, and deployment.
  • Receive prioritized findings, recommended fixes, and an implementation outline.
  • Walk through the findings together and decide what to address first.

This is an engineering review, not a security certification or penetration test. Access, depth, deliverables, and timing are agreed before work begins.

02 / SCOPED LAUNCH ENGAGEMENT

Build the version
that moves you forward.

For founders and teams building a web or mobile product with meaningful backend requirements.

  • Requirements, user flows, and architecture for an agreed feature set.
  • Web or mobile implementation, backend services, and scoped integrations.
  • Testing, deployment, and handover with explicit acceptance criteria.

Scope and pricing follow discovery. Hosting, third-party services, store fees, and post-launch support are identified separately.

03 / ONGOING ENGINEERING

Keep your product
moving after launch.

For a live product that needs improvements, integrations, maintenance, and a reliable engineering partner.

  • A prioritized backlog and agreed engineering capacity.
  • Regular progress updates and review of delivered changes.
  • Production-support responsibilities and response windows agreed in writing.

Availability and support coverage depend on the engagement. Around-the-clock support is not implied.

A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before we talk.

What can Shoaib help build?

I build web and mobile products with React and React Native, Python and Node.js backends, and AWS infrastructure. My experience includes AI companions, fintech apps, marketplaces, messaging, payments, and account integrations.

Can you work on an existing application?

Yes. I can review an existing application, identify launch or production risks, and agree on a prioritized implementation scope. A review is useful when you need to understand the system before committing to a larger rebuild.

Are you available for employment or project work?

I welcome full-time engineering opportunities and scoped project conversations. Use the hiring page for roles or the services page for project work. We will confirm availability and the engagement structure before starting.

How are pricing and timelines agreed?

After discussing the product, existing code, integrations, and deadline, we agree on deliverables, acceptance criteria, and a price or engagement model. Third-party costs and ongoing support are discussed separately. There is no universal MVP price or timeline.

Can you work with US and European teams?

Yes. I work remotely with US and European teams and agree on meeting overlap and communication expectations at the start of the engagement.

What happens after launch?

Deployment and handover are included when agreed in the scope. Ongoing maintenance, improvements, and production support can be arranged separately, with explicit responsibilities and support hours.
